6 comfortably.

The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of the Playhouse theatre and the Omni
centre cinema, as well as the fantastic variety of bars and restaurants of the
Leith Walk area.
Distances
Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, The Royal Mile, Mary Kings Close, Witchery
Ghost Tours, the Camera Obscura and the World of Illusions, the Edinburgh Dungeon,
Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament Building, Calton Hill,the
Dynamic Earth and Harvey Nichols are within easy walking distance. Slightly further
you will find Rosslyn Chapel, Edinburgh Zoo, and the Royal Yacht Britannia. There

Booking
Notes From £450 to £800 per week. Please contact the owners for full details
as there are several price brackets and prices vary depending on the season. The
apartment is rented out year round. Sorry, but we are unable to accept bookings
from groups of single persons under the age of 25. We will require a deposit of
1/3 of the rental price to confirm a booking, along with a completed booking form.
The final payment will be due 6 weeks before the arrival date. Changeover
day Rental periods are generally arrival 4pm departure 10am — every effort
will be made to accommodate alternative times. August and New Year are a 7 night
